Dr. Porter received his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland and did his graduate work at St. Andrews University, England, and Oxford Univeresity, England. He presently teaches at Western New England College in Springfield, MA and is Visiting Professor of Philosophy at Mount Holyoak College, South Hadley, MA.
