My first true love is Psychology but I was talked into doing human services as well since they basically go hand and hand. This book made me really think about the wo This was another book that I read for work and boy, I sure am glad I did.

Amazing social work book.
Boring story line...I really didn't grasp the concept of this book. However it was required for my Masters level courses in social work...meh
Arrived in under week, perfect condition. Will buy again if books available.
Great teaching stories,and the practical section is surprising but compelling.
Ok...great idea but like to see it in real life.
This is an awesome book! Coming from a technology background and connecting it with leadership in the human service field help me connect leadership skills with helping staff and an agency run smoothly. Great read.
