Book is not pleasant to read, as there is highlighting on what seems like every page. It has been rented out way to many times and have not taken care of it. I want my money back. ????????
no highlighting or marks in the book when i rented it. fair price to rent a book at. confusion as how/when to return the books to amazon but i figured it out by searching the help section. should be easier to find but that doesnt affect the book. order it if you need it.
Easy to get and easy to return!
This was exactly what I needed for my class.
Returned it. Book looked like it was used by 6,000 students before I received it, and it smelled bad. Very expensive for a rental, especially one that looked like the copy I received.
I liked the real-world examples. It was an easy read. I used this for my MBA class. I specifically had the Kindle version.
Did the job.
