A great textbook. It's easy to follow, logical, and the writing style is not too over your head like those found in other legal textbooks. I had to opportunity to learn from one of the authors, who is a truly brilliant man. My professor, on the other hand, made my class juggle between 2 healthcare textbooks, and I much preferred this one. In fact, I wish that the whole class had been based on this text alone. Anyways, the authors have stripped away most of the fluff and left the meat of important cases in the book. The notes are thought-provoking, but again, this textbook heavily relies on professors encouraging their students to think, which unfortunately I don't believe mine did. I also recommend getting this book in hardback, if possible, because the binding is terrible for the non-hardback version. I hope this helps!
