Class Lesson Planner (Misc Homeschool). Thanks for sharing this wonderful way to schedule our homeschool. I read your book last night and converted the last 36 days of school to your method. I also informed my son that when he completed all the squares for the year, school was in summer recess.

The task of educating children often demands considerable time and effort. Few teachers can afford to waste time, and no educational program benefits from chaos or confusion. As in any endeavor, good organizational strategies and good tools often make the difference between success and failure. I purchased this lesson planner after absurd amounts of time researching. I searched images to find one that was just the right format. I paid extra for the not prime early edition as it had the format i wanted. I was extremely disappointed when what I recieved was the new edition, not the one pictured. It is a completely different format.

I actually am just going to end up using something I printed myself as I don't want to waste money a second time and I find it unuseable.

Pros:
Lots of extras like transcript templates, field trip logs, attendance log, report card templates, etc.
Compact and light weight (standard textbook size but only 1/2" thick).

Cons:
Weekly planner is grouped by subject not day so you have to bounce around the pages to find your single day's work.
Redundant sections like date for every line.
Very little space for assignment information.
Only one small section for "other" is all you have to work with for subjects not listed like geography, art, second language, etc.
Reading log has tons of wasted space.
You have to copy the pages like reading log and all the extras if using for more than one student.
This is a great planner. One word of caution. the planner is designed to be used for one student. I am using it for both of my boys, but they do much of the same work together. If you have multiple children on multiple levels this would not be a good planner for you.
This is an okay planner. It has a lot to offer, I am just not a fan of the layout.
Awesome planner for me with homeschooling. This is my 3rd one. I'll use no other!
Would've liked more space for writing daily lesson plans.
